Wacky Wednesday is an after-school program for children ages 5-8.  On Wednesdays, the Dodgeville school district lets out early which puts a strain on working parents.  Wacky Wednesday gives kids a fun and safe place to go!  When the group arrives at Plymouth Church, we have a healthy snack ready for them, and we play board games or build something cool with Legos. We offer homework or reading help which might even mean listening as students practice their musical instruments!  Then we break into two groups and engage in planned activities. This year, we have offered yoga, creative dramatics, art, cooking and baking, science projects, music, and games to enrich their after-school lives. Of course, anything related to food is always our favorite activity!
